ShoreTel's IP Phone System delivers on the promises of Unified Communications by integrating voice, video, IM, and voicemail in one easy to use system with no single point of failure. Call control is distributed to intelligent gateways - called voice switches - and voice applications, including voicemail and automated attendant, run on standard server hardware from anywhere on your network. The result is a single-image system across all geographies, with complete feature transparency.
IP Phones
ShoreTel offers a wide range of ip phones with the right solution for every user: from executive to remote office worker, and operator to call center supervisor. ShoreTel ShorePhone™ IP telephones offer all the advanced features and quality that users demand, and are preconfigured to match the ShoreTel UC system for quick and easy installation.
ShorePhone IP 565g
ShoreTel's most advanced telephone, the IP 565g provides all the features of the IP 560g, as well as a rich backlit color display and a Bluetooth interface that lets users connect with their personal Bluetooth headset for hands-free calling.
ShorePhone IP 560g
The phone of choice for telephony-intensive professionals and executive assistants, the IP 560 builds on the IP 230 feature set with six line appearances and color-lit line buttons that provide instant call recognition and identification.
ShorePhone IP 265
The IP 265 is a six-line phone in a compact form factor with a crisp back-lit color display for knowledge workers with advanced requirements. It has eight feature keys and four soft keys for easy access to the rich ShoreTel feature set. A full duplex speakerphone and integrated headset jack are also standard.
ShorePhone IP 212k
Available in black or silver plastic, the IP 212k is ideal for branch offices and small businesses that expect "key system" behavior from their phone system. The phone has two soft keys and twelve self-labeling programmable buttons that can be configured to meet the needs of the organization and its users. The phone has eight hard keys (transfer, conference, intercom, hold, voice mail, options, directory and redial) and complete audio controls for the handset, speakerphone and headset. The IP 212k features a high-contrast display which is oriented vertically to mimic the look and feel of a key system telephone.
ShorePhone BB 24
The ShorePhone BB 24 programmable button box provides operators and assistants with at-a-glance presence information and fast, one-button feature access. The 24 buttons can be customized to suit the needs of different users, and self-labeling keys eliminate paper labels - saving time as well as ensuring accuracy of configuration. The only IP-based device on the market, the BB 24 includes an Ethernet switch and provides PoE power forwarding for one downstream device. Up to four devices can be associated with an IP 560/230/212k - this is double most competitors.

ShoreGear voice switches unify communications across multiple enterprise locations, providing n+1 form of redundancy for very high system availability. ShoreGear voice switches manage ShorePhone IP phones and analog lines, as well as PSTN and ITSP trunks.
